Pro Workspace Subscription: Premium features are available through our Pro Workspace subscription, which includes enhanced storage, Task Credits, and exclusive features.
Task Credits: Task Credits are consumed when you use certain AI features and operations. Credits included in your subscription are valid for the subscription period and do not roll over. Additional credits may be purchased separately.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Activation Codes: Access may be granted through invitation or activation codes. These codes are for single use and non-transferable.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Unused Task Credits are non-refundable. No refunds for partial billing periods after the 7-day period.
AI Capabilities: Our AI assistant is designed to be helpful, but it has limitations. AI responses are generated based on patterns and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
Not Professional Advice: AI responses do not constitute professional advice. Do not rely on the AI for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying important information.
AI Memory: The AI's Memory Framework stores information you share to provide better assistance. You can view, edit, or delete memories at any time. The AI may occasionally recall information incorrectly.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Storage Limits: Pro Workspace subscribers receive up to 1000MB of Knowledge Database storage. Files exceeding limits may not be uploaded.
Permitted Content: You may only upload content you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Prohibited Content: Do not upload illegal content, malware, content that infringes copyrights, or content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Data Loss: While we implement backup procedures, we are not responsible for data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important files.
First-Party Skills: Skills developed by @GentosAI Inc. are governed by these Terms.
Third-Party Skills: Third-party developers may offer Skills through our Store. These Skills may have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing these before use.
Permissions: Skills may request access to your data. Review permissions carefully and only grant access you are comfortable with. You can revoke permissions at any time.
No Endorsement: Availability of third-party Skills does not constitute endorsement by @GentosAI Inc. We are not responsible for third-party Skills' functionality or their developers' actions.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
AI-Generated Content: You may use AI-generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and ensuring it does not infringe on others' rights.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by @GentosAI Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our Service without obligation to you.
As-Is Service: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unused Task Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and @GentosAI Inc.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor.
