What this service is

moky.ai and api.moky.ai are run by Moky AI. They give you a Moky account and let you into Moky World (world.moky.ai), an AI-driven open world. World and its islands are still in development: content, rules and numbers may change at any time.

Moky is a general-purpose game creation platform. We provide accounts, world hosting, a runtime for islands, AI tools and game templates. Islands that players create (“creator islands”) are made and run by their creators, not by Moky AI. Moky does not provide gambling or wagering services, and its tools do not include any feature for taking bets, setting odds or paying out winnings.

Who can use it

Moky World is currently for adults aged 18 and over.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share your sign-in with others or use an account that isn't yours. We may suspend or delete accounts that are clearly abusive — for example exploiting rewards, attacking the service or harassing other players.

Coins and Crystals

Coins are each island's in-game currency; Crystals are the allowance that powers AI thinking. During this early phase both can only be earned and used inside Moky; they have no cash value and can't be traded outside Moky. Crystals given out each day are valid for that day. We may rebalance amounts or conversion rules; existing balances are converted under the rules we publish. If paid features open later, separate payment terms will apply.

Creating islands

When you create an island — from a template or from scratch, by yourself or with the AI development assistant — you are its creator and you are solely responsible for it: its content, its rules, any in-island items or currencies you define, and how you invite and treat players. You must follow the law where you are and where your players are.

• Island-local economies are yours. Points, chips, items or currencies you define inside your island are local to your island. Moky AI does not issue, exchange, value, record or settle them, and does not interpret what they mean.
• No platform currency as stakes. You may not let players stake Moky Coins, Crystals or anything bought with real money in your island.
• Islands shared by link. Islands shared by link are not reviewed in advance, but anyone signed in can open them. Moky AI does not monitor island contents as a rule. When we receive a report or credible notice, we review the island; if we confirm it breaks these terms or the law, we close the island, and we may also suspend the creator’s account. While a report is being reviewed we may restrict or geo-block the island.
• Public islands are reviewed. Before an island is made public (listed for everyone), Moky AI reviews its content and its in-island logic — including any local economy, chips and game rules — for compliance with these terms and with the law where it will be available. We may refuse to publish it, publish it only in some regions, or require age labels or changes.
• Templates. Templates are starting points made by Moky AI; once you change them, the island is your work and your responsibility. Templates are provided “as is”.
• Your responsibility toward us. To the extent the law allows, Moky AI is not liable for creator islands or what happens in them, and you agree to cover claims, losses and costs that arise because your island breaks these terms or the law.

Gambling and casino-themed games

Card games, board games and casino-themed games are welcome where they are lawful — for example poker, blackjack, roulette or slot-style games played only with play chips that have no value.

• Not allowed: real-money gambling, or any gambling where players stake something with real-world or monetary value (including Moky Coins, Crystals, paid items, or anything that can be cashed out, sold or traded), unless the operator holds every licence required in the relevant places. Moky AI does not authorise anyone to run gambling just because the platform lets you script games, randomness or local currencies.
• Also not allowed: selling or buying play chips for money, cashing them out, linking an island to outside gambling or betting sites, and advertising real gambling.
• Age and region. Moky World is for adults. Some countries classify even simulated gambling as adult-only or restrict it; Moky AI may age-rate, label or block casino-themed islands in some regions, and reviews this before an island goes public.

Reporting

If you see an island that looks like real gambling, harms players or breaks the law, tell us at hello@moky.ai with the island link. We review every report; islands confirmed to break these terms or the law are closed.

AI-generated content

What AI residents and companions say is generated automatically. It may be wrong, doesn't represent Moky AI's views and isn't professional advice. Please don't share passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive information in conversations.

Early version

This is an early release. The service may be interrupted, rolled back or lose progress; we'll try to avoid that and give notice when we can. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is".

The demo on the home page

The island scenes, characters and dialogue on the home page are a scripted preview rendered with the game's engine. The finished game may look and behave differently.

Fair use

Please don't try to disrupt the service, sign in with accounts that aren't yours, or scrape it automatically.

Ownership

The Moky name, logo, artwork and code — including the template code and base kits used to build islands — belong to Moky AI. You may use them to build and run islands inside Moky, but you may not copy, extract or redistribute them outside Moky. Using the service doesn't grant you any other licence. What you add to your island is yours, and you give Moky AI the right to host, run and display it in order to operate the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the project grows; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms. Your data is covered by our Privacy policy.

岛币和水晶

Coin 是各座岛的岛内货币；水晶 Crystal 是驱动 AI 思考的额度。在现阶段，两者都只能在 Moky 里获得和使用，不能兑换现金，也不能在 Moky 以外交易。每天赠送的水晶当天有效。我们可能因为平衡调整数额或换算规则，已有余额按公布的规则折算。以后如果开放付费功能，另有付费条款。

创建岛屿

你创建一座岛——无论是用模板还是从零开始，自己写还是让 AI 开发助手帮你写——你就是这座岛的创作者，并对它承担全部责任：岛的内容、规则、你在岛内定义的物品或货币，以及你如何邀请和对待玩家。你必须遵守你所在地和玩家所在地的法律。

• 岛内经济归你。你在岛内定义的积分、筹码、物品或货币只属于这座岛。Moky AI 不发行、不兑换、不定价、不记账、不结算，也不解读它们的含义。
• 平台货币不能当赌注。不得让玩家在岛内用 Moky 的岛币、水晶或任何花钱买的东西下注。
• 通过链接分享的岛。这类岛不做事先审核，但任何登录用户都能打开。Moky AI 原则上不监控岛内内容。收到举报或可信通知时，我们会审查这座岛；核实违反本协议或法律的，我们会关闭这座岛，并可以暂停创作者的账号。审查期间，我们可以先限制访问或按地区屏蔽。
• 公开岛屿要经过审核。岛屿设为公开（向所有人展示）之前，Moky AI 会审核岛的内容和岛内逻辑——包括岛内经济、筹码和游戏规则——是否符合本协议以及开放地区的法律。我们可以拒绝公开、只在部分地区公开，或要求加年龄标注、做出修改。
• 关于模板。模板是 Moky AI 提供的起点；你改动之后，这座岛就是你的作品，由你负责。模板按「现状」提供。
• 你对我们的责任。在法律允许的范围内，Moky AI 不对创作者岛及其中发生的事情承担责任；如果你的岛违反本协议或法律，由此产生的索赔、损失和费用由你承担。

赌博与赌场题材游戏

在合法的前提下，欢迎做棋牌和赌场题材的游戏，例如扑克、21 点、轮盘、老虎机玩法——只要用的是没有任何价值的娱乐筹码。

• 不允许：真钱赌博，或任何用具有现实或金钱价值的东西下注的赌博（赌注包括 Moky 岛币、水晶、付费物品，以及任何能兑现、出售或交易的东西），除非经营者在相关地区取得了全部必需的牌照。平台允许你编写游戏、随机数或本地货币，不代表 Moky AI 授权任何人经营赌博。
• 同样不允许：用钱买卖娱乐筹码、把筹码兑现、把岛链接到外部赌博或博彩网站、宣传真实赌博。
• 年龄和地区。Moky World 面向成年人。有些国家把模拟赌博也列为成人内容或加以限制；Moky AI 可以对赌场题材的岛做年龄分级、加标注，或在部分地区屏蔽；岛设为公开前会审核这一点。

如果你看到疑似真实赌博、伤害玩家或违法的岛，请把岛的链接发到 hello@moky.ai。每条举报我们都会审查，核实违反本协议或法律的岛会被关闭。

早期版本

这是早期版本，服务可能中断、回滚或丢失进度；我们会尽量避免，并在可能时提前通知。在法律允许的范围内，服务按「现状」提供。

首页中的演示

首页展示的小岛场景、角色和对话，是用游戏引擎渲染的脚本化预览，正式游戏的画面和行为可能有所不同。

请勿干扰服务运行、使用不属于你的账号登录，或自动化抓取。

权利归属

Moky 的名称、标志、美术和代码——包括建岛用的模板代码和基座件——归 Moky AI 所有。你可以在 Moky 里用它们创建和运营岛屿，但不得复制、提取或在 Moky 以外传播。使用本服务不授予你其他任何许可。你自己加到岛上的内容归你；为运营服务，你授予 Moky AI 托管、运行和展示这些内容的权利。
